Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce John Borghard, CA Technologies’ senior vice president of public sector sales, as the newest member of the Wash100 — a group of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.
Borghard is responsible for CA’s software-as-a-service, cloud, virtualization and on-premise services sales to federal, state and local public sector agencies in the U.S. and also in Canada.
In a 2014 interview with Fedscoop, he said the “most impactful trend (in government) is the movement from distributed to cloud.”
Before CA, he served as SVP of sales for the Americas region at Managed Objects, where he worked to expand the company’s presence in the business service management.
Borghard is also a former chief operating officer and president at Marketswitch, where he was responsible for the operations of sales, marketing, business development, information technology, pre-sales and services.
Executive Mosaic offers its congratulations to John Borghard and the CA team for receiving this award.
This year represents our fifth annual Wash100 award selection. The Wash100 is the premier group of private and public sector leaders selected by Executive Mosaic's organizational and editorial leadership as the most influential leaders in the GovCon sector. These leaders demonstrate skills in leadership, innovation, achievement, and vision.
