Executive Mosaic is honored to introduce Mike Janke, co-founder and chairman of Silent Circle, as the newest inductee into the Wash 100 — a group of influential leaders in the government contracting industry.
He led the encrypted communication services provider from January 2012 to January 2015 and the company’s include government and military agencies, as well as commercial businesses.
In May 2014, Silent Circle raised $30 million in funding from Cain Capital and investor Ross Perot Jr. to support the company’s plans to release a videoconferencing platform and email encryption service in 2015.
Janke is also the founder and former CEO of security company SOC and is a privacy advocate and business speaker.
