It is the third time Rozanski won the esteemed Wash100 Award, which annually highlights the most influential figures in the government contracting industry, honoring their past accomplishments while also anticipating their future impact. This year, the Wash100 legacy continued with a class of elite public and private sector leaders who were hand-picked to receive the recognition.

From Immigrant to CEO
Born in Argentina, Rozanski immigrated to the United States, where he pursued higher education with distinction. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and later an MBA from the University of Chicago. His academic achievements laid a strong foundation for a career characterized by strategic insight and operational excellence.
Rozanski joined Booz Allen Hamilton in 1992, embarking on a journey that would see him ascend through various leadership roles. His tenure at the firm has been marked by a deep understanding of both the company’s internal dynamics and the broader consulting landscape. In 2015, he was appointed CEO, and under his stewardship, Booz Allen has experienced significant growth and transformation.
Advocating Innovation & AI
Under Rozanski’s leadership, Booz Allen Hamilton has undertaken several strategic initiatives that have reinforced its position as a leader in technology and consulting services.
Rozanski has been a vocal advocate for the United States maintaining a leadership position in AI, emphasizing its critical role in national security and global competitiveness. He has highlighted the necessity for the U.S. to invest heavily in AI to avoid falling behind other nations, notably China.
In the third quarter of 2024, Booz Allen expanded its technology facilities ecosystem, fostering innovation and collaboration. This expansion is part of Rozanski’s vision to create an environment conducive to developing cutting-edge solutions for clients.
In December 2024, Booz Allen Hamilton announced a partnership with Palantir Technologies to enhance defense capabilities. This collaboration aims to integrate advanced data analytics with defense operations, providing the Department of Defense with innovative solutions to complex challenges.
In February 2025, Booz Allen acquired PAR Government Systems Corporation, a move that expanded its capabilities in geospatial intelligence, advanced technology, and mission support. This acquisition underscores Rozanski’s commitment to broadening the firm’s expertise and service offerings.
Securing Contracts
Under Rozanski’s guidance, Booz Allen secured several notable contracts, including a $419 million IT modernization contract from the National Science Foundation, a $506 million contract to support Army aviation and a $421 million contract under the Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation DEFEND program. These contracts reflect the firm’s robust capabilities in addressing diverse federal needs.
The U.S. Navy awarded Booz Allen a contract to develop 5G capabilities in the Indo-Pacific region, enhancing communication and operational efficiency. Additionally, the Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy granted the firm a $550 million contract, further solidifying its role in pioneering energy solutions.
