Northrop’s Roshan Roeder Accepts 2023 Wash100 Award from Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson

Roshan Roeder, corporate vice president and president of Northrop Grumman Defense Systems, received her first Wash100 Award during a recent meeting with Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson.

The industry-leading Wash100 Award honors executives in the government contracting sector who exemplify excellence in leadership and commitment to important government missions. Roeder was named to this year’s Wash100 for her talent diversity advocacy and her technology integration efforts.

As the head of Northrop Grumman’s defense systems business, Roeder leads over 21,300 employees and provides sustainment, modernization and technology support in areas like tactical weapons to defense and civilian customers.

Under Roeder’s leadership, Northrop Grumman secured a five-year, $1.38 billion contract to build U.S. Army’s Integrated Battle Command System, which proved to be a major growth driver in the company’s fourth quarter 2022 revenue.
