Novetta President, CEO Tiffanny Gates Presented Second Consecutive Wash100 Award

Tiffanny Gates, president and CEO of Novetta, received her 2020 Wash100 Award on Monday from Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson. This marks Gates’ second consecutive Wash100 Award after winning in 2019 for her efforts to increase the company’s workforce by exploring cloud-based platforms, big data and information technology.

This year, Gates received the most prestigious award in all of GovCon for expanding the company’s analytic and security technologies, securing new certifications, supervising valuable partnerships and growing the company influence in the government contractor (GovCon) sector.

She has continued to expand the company through new technological innovations and certifications throughout 2019. Most notably, Gates helped secure Novetta’s ISO 9001:2015 certification in May 2019, which has validated the company’s commitment and ability to provide consistent high-quality products and services to its customers, while always striving for improvement.

It reflects long-standing best practices in growing our business and retaining high-performing staff,” said Gates. “This certification recognizes our commitment to quality in policies and procedures, business operations and customer engagement,” she added.

More recently, the two-time Wash100 Award recipient led Novetta’s acquisition of the software engineering services provider WaveStrike for an undisclosed sum to develop new growth opportunities for employees and expand its capability development expertise.
