Novetta President, CEO Tiffanny Gates Receives Third Consecutive Wash100 Award

Executive Mosaic is pleased to announce that Tiffanny Gates, president and CEO of Novetta, has received a 2021 Wash100 Award, the highest honor in all of government contracting (GovCon), for the third consecutive year.

For this year’s Wash100 Award, Gates demonstrated leadership and reliability for driving company growth through its expansion of analytics capabilities for the government sector and its programs to support military transition into the civilian workplace.

Previously, Gates has been recognized for her leadership and efforts to explore Novetta’s cloud platforms, big data, the company’s and analytic and security technologies information technology capabilities. Gates has also been instrumental in Novetta’s strategic partnerships and growth strategy. 

She joined Novetta in early 2016 as federal division president after her stint as vice president of Cyber Strategies at the former Raytheon’s Blackbird Technologies division. She established Emerging Technologies Group in 2000 and joined ManTech in 2008 when the latter acquired her cyber business.
