2023 Wash100 Class Ranking Retains Top 4 as ‘Popular Vote’ Week 8 Kicks Off

The beginning of the eighth week of Executive Mosaic's 2023 Wash100 Popular Vote contest finds the top four inductees in the same spot as the past two weeks.

Carahsoft President Craig Abod, Microsoft Federal executives Rick Wagner and Wes Anderson, and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin are still the apparent favorites, while Illuminate Mission Solutions CEO Tameika Hollis and Defense Health Agency Director Lt. Gen. Telita Crosland have gone up the ranks within the top 10.

Stacey Dixon, principal deputy director of national intelligence, got additional votes to place her on the 11th spot, and so did first-time inductee Gen. Anthony Cotton, commander of U.S. Strategic Command, who made his way up to the list at number 13.

Other Wash100 awardees moving up the list are Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks, up at number 18, and Heidi Shyu, undersecretary of defense for research and engineering, whose votes got her to the top 20 spot.

You can still keep your favorite candidates within the top 10, or push them up the list! ECS Federal's John Heneghan, Google Public Sector's Karen Dahut, and Intelsat's Dave Wajsgras need your vote to stay and shine higher in the Popular Vote standings.
