Current SAIC Executive Winners
Toni Townes-Whitley
SAIC CEO Toni Townes-Whitley was first named to the Wash100 list in 2024 in recognition of her leadership and transformation of the major government contractor. Townes-Whitley took the helm of SAIC from former CEO Nazzic Keene, a fellow Wash100 Award winner, in May 2023.
Under Townes-Whitley’s leadership, SAIC reached $7.4 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2024, marking an increase of three percent year-over-year. In the first quarter of fiscal year 2025, Townes-Whitley led SAIC to achieve $1.85 billion in revenue.
Before joining SAIC, Townes-Whitley worked at Microsoft for more than seven years, where she most recently served as the president of U.S. regulated industries. Prior to her time at Microsoft, she was a president at CGI Federal.
Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson hand-delivered Townes-Whitley’s 2024 Wash100 Award to her personally at SAIC headquarters earlier this year.
Josh Jackson
Josh Jackson is an executive vice president who leads SAIC’s Army business. He won his first Wash100 Award in 2024 for his work supporting important and impactful modernization efforts within the U.S. Army.
The Army business EVP has a 20-year history at SAIC. Before his role at the helm of the company’s Army business, Jackson led SAIC’s $1 billion Navy and U.S. Marine Corps portfolio. Prior to joining SAIC, Jackson spent more than three years at Northrop Grumman.
Jackson recently led SAIC’s Army business to win a $232 million contract for systems engineering and IT modernization support. The SAIC executive met with Garrettson in April to accept his Wash100 Award in person.
Vincent DiFronzo
With nearly three decades of service in the U.S. Air Force, Vincent DiFronzo is well qualified for his current role as leader of SAIC’s Air Force and COCOM business group. DiFronzo first appeared on the prestigious Wash100 list in 2024 for his work leading SAIC’s support of the Air Force’s critical initiatives. He met with Executive Mosaic’s CEO in May to receive his Wash100 Award.
Under DiFronzo’s leadership of the Air Force business unit, SAIC won a $229 million contract from the DOD to provide IT support for the North American Aerospace Defense Command and U.S. Northern Command.
In addition to his work at SAIC, DiFronzo also serves as the chairman for the Department of Defense Group within Executive Mosaic’s 4×24 Executive Leadership Program. In this role, DiFronzo fosters important conversations between government and industry leaders to better understand the needs of public sector decision makers.
